We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual with expertise in African languages, as well as proficiency in both English and French, to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the preservation and promotion of African languages through content creation and thought leadership.
Role Overview:
- Time Commitment: Part-time role, requiring availability about 8 hours per week. Flexibility in scheduling is available, and the position is remote.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, authoritative content, including articles, blog posts, podcasts, and webinars, focusing on themes related to African languages. This content will be disseminated monthly in both English and French.
- Key Themes:
- The benefits of linguistic inclusion in diverse communities.
- Opportunities that artificial intelligence offers for the preservation and promotion of under-resourced languages.
- The necessity of inclusive globalization for organizations aiming to communicate effectively in African markets.
- The importance of creating and disseminating content in African languages by and for African communities.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in at least one African language, with excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Content Expertise: Proven experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio of articles, blog posts and multimedia content.
- Passion for Inclusion: A deep commitment to linguistic and cultural diversity, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this field.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using digital platforms for content production and distribution.
